Seasonal snow contracts

Winter, handled in one signature.

A seasonal contract means winter is simply handled. We watch the weather, run the route, and your property gets cleared and treated every time it snows — one agreed price, no surprise invoices, no calling around at 6am.

Prefer to pay as you go? Per-push pricing covers the same work storm by storm. At your free estimate we'll walk the property, talk through both options and recommend the one that actually fits — not the one that's biggest.

How the season runs

From signature to spring.

What actually happens after you sign a seasonal agreement.

  1. Fall

    Walk-through & route slot

We scope the property, agree triggers and stacking spots, and lock your place on the route before the first flake.

  2. First storm

    The system kicks in

No call needed — the route rolls, your property gets cleared and treated, and it repeats every storm after.

  3. All winter

    Interim & refreeze passes

Long storms get multiple passes; ice nights get treatment. The plan flexes with the weather so you don't have to.

  4. Spring

    Clean handoff

The season closes out, and if you're a lawn client too, the same crew rolls straight into cleanups.

Contract FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

Which is better — seasonal or per-push?

Seasonal is best when you want winter fully off your plate at a predictable price. Per-push suits light-use properties. We'll lay out both numbers at the estimate so you can pick with real information.

When should I sign up?

Before the first snowfall — routes fill as winter gets close, and the best route slots go to the folks who booked early.

What months does a seasonal contract cover?

The agreed snow season — typically from the first realistic storm window in late fall through the end of winter weather in spring. The exact dates are written into your agreement.

What if it barely snows all season?

Then you bought certainty in a lucky year — that's the trade. If your tolerance for that is low, per-push is the honest fit, and we'll tell you so at the estimate.

Can I switch plans mid-winter?

Talk to us. We keep agreements fair in both directions, and a plan that doesn't fit your property helps nobody.

Are estimates really free?

Yes — every estimate is free and carries no obligation. We look at the property, talk through what you want, and give you a clear number before any work starts.
