Read the surface
Pavement temp, shade lines and traffic decide what's needed — not a habit of dumping product.
Salt and de-icer applied where ice actually forms, so steps, walkways and lots stay safe underfoot all winter.
De-icing & salting
Plowing moves the snow — salting is what keeps people on their feet afterward. We treat walkways, steps, entrances and lots after clearing, and pre-treat ahead of ice events when the forecast calls for it.
We apply the right material at the right rate: enough to keep surfaces safe through refreeze, without caking your entryway in product. It's the difference between a property that's technically plowed and one that's actually safe.

“Technically plowed” is how people slip.
A cleared surface can still glaze over an hour after the truck leaves. Salting is the half of winter work you can't see in a photo — and the half your ankles care about.

That's up to you — most properties bundle salting with every clearing so there's never a slick morning, but we also do salt-only visits for ice events that don't bring snow.
Yes. When the forecast shows freezing rain or a fast refreeze, we can pre-treat walks and lots so the ice never gets a grip.
Standard rock salt is tough on both when over-applied — which is exactly why we apply at measured rates, and we're happy to talk through gentler de-icer options for sensitive areas at your estimate.
That's the main event. Refreeze checks after clearing — and treatment before freeze-thaw nights — are how black ice gets beaten.
Yes — salt-only visits exist for exactly those nights. On treatment plans they're automatic.
