Treat it like ours
Gates closed, clippings gone, snow stacked where it belongs. We leave properties the way we'd want to find our own.
The family behind the green trucks — landscaping all season, snow & ice all winter, one standard the whole way through.
How it started
Jordan's Family Affairs started the way the name suggests: a family taking care of the properties around them, and refusing to cut corners while doing it. Word spread the old-fashioned way — one clean driveway, one sharp lawn at a time.
The jobs got bigger. The rule never changed: walk the property, agree on exactly what's getting done, then do it right the first time.
We put our family name on this company, so our name is on every job. If a cut, a bed or a cleared driveway wouldn't pass on our own street, it doesn't pass on yours.
— The Jordan family

“Do the job right the first time.”
It's not a slogan we bought — it's the rule every crew runs on. It means no shortcuts when nobody's watching, no “good enough” at 5am in a snowstorm, and no leaving until the walk-through says done.
What we believe

Gates closed, clippings gone, snow stacked where it belongs. We leave properties the way we'd want to find our own.
A clear number before work starts. If the plan changes mid-job, you hear it from us first — not on the invoice.
Mowing days are mowing days. Storm routes roll on time. Reliability is most of this business — we act like it.
We work where we live. The person on your property answers to the family, and the family answers to you.
The estimate is free, and so is the conversation.
Storm night
Most people sleep through the part of winter we're proudest of. Here's the night shift.
Totals, timing and temperature get checked against every route. Trucks are fueled, salt is loaded, and the plan is set before the first flake.
Routes start while the roads are empty — commercial lots and priority properties first, so businesses open clean.
Plows clear the pavement, walk crews follow with shovels and blowers, and salt goes down behind them.
Drifts, plow lines at the street, refreeze spots — long storms get interim passes so snow never piles up deep.
Melt turns to ice when the sun drops. We watch the temperature and treat problem spots before morning.
The family, in numbers
No franchises, no subcontracted mystery crews, no phone trees. What you see on the trucks is who shows up at the door.
The same familiar crew, visit after visit — not whoever the app dispatched that day.
Lawn question in June, plow question in January — same family picks up.
Talk to the people who actually do the work.
The honest comparison
There are bigger companies. Here's what hiring the family gets you instead.
Reviews
We'd rather let the people we work for do the talking — these load live.
Good to know
Our own crew. We don't subcontract your lawn or your snow to strangers — the people on your property work for the family, and you'll see the same faces visit after visit.

Call us. That's the whole system — one number, and we come back and make it right. Our name is on the truck; we take that seriously.
Yes — every estimate is free and carries no obligation. We walk the property, talk through what you want, and give you a clear number before any work starts.
